First Eminem loves Kim Scott (Mathers), then he marries her, then he divorces her, then he sings about throwing her into the trunk of a car with a violent kicking emu, or something along those lines. Love like that always seems so fresh, y’know?
The date’s been set for what could be the wedding of the century, or was that the John/Furnish wedding? Big sweeping headlines like that are thrown around so lightly and in mass that hecklerspray gets confused. Plus, wasn’t this the wedding of last century? Regardless of all this confusion, the wedding date’s etched in stone, and it’s soon…
January 14 is the day chosen to celebrate the union/reunion of
Eminem (CDs) - real name Marshall Mathers - & Kim Mathers worldwide. Here’s an excerpt from
the wedding invitation:
"This day I will marry my best friend, the one
I laugh with, live for, love."
The two were originally married on June 14, 1999, and called it
quits just over a year later on August 7, 2000. Eminem and Kim reportedly
tried a last ditch effort towards reconciliation, but in 2001 the short
marriage finally crumbled. But now, after Eminem told a radio station that he and Kim were reconciling, a wedding date has been set.
The pair have one child together. They’ve also adopted Kim’s twin’s
daughter Alaina Mathers, and are raising her as their own. A third
child, mothered by Kim while she and Marshall were divorced, is also
part of the growing brood.
Congratulations are in order then, and let hecklerspray be
among the first to dole them out. We’ve also got a bit of wedding-day
advice for Marshall, and that is that his vows not sound anything like
this:

I think Eminem is just growing up. Some people it takes a life time but now he is going to face the person he loves and make it right. Personally I believe its hard to be famous and hard to show someone love at the same time when u have so much on ur agenda

yo they got kids together its stessful when there married or not. i have trust in Em if he trust her i trust her i mean they have to look @ the kids sake well i think they’ll be fine together and the kids will be happier to have a mom and dad together not fighting and then i think that being on tour is wat really messed things up but hes not on tour hes @ home playin games with his kids hes got time for her but im behind him as much as i possibly could be
