Ever since he mysteriously decided that he didn’t want $50 million of Comedy Central’s money, Dave Chappelle has become a sort of comedy enigma – so when Dave Chappelle goes to hospital, it’s kind of a big deal.

And Dave Chappelle did go to hospital this weekend, to be treated for a mixture of exhaustion and dehydration. Now, nobody is sure whether Dave Chappelle was treated for dehydration and exhaustion or ‘dehydration’ and ‘exhaustion’ but the good news is that Chappelle is already better and out of hospital. We’re sure you’ll all join us in wishing Dave Chappelle a long, continued recovery – because God knows that starring in that one film two years ago that was more about The Roots than about him must have really tuckered the blighter out.
