Who’d have thought that watching half-remembered micro-celebrities dick around on an ice rink could be as mindblowingly entertaining as Dancing On Ice is, even without Andrea McLean.
Sadly, Andrea - a woman who may as well had the words ‘Eye Candy’ scrawled across her head by Phillip Schofield - didn’t cut the Dancing On Ice mustard, and she was eliminated. But with seven Dancing On Ice contestants left in the running - who’ll win?
Luckily for you ice-fans, we’ve got all the latest Dancing On Ice betting odds right here, and we’ll take a look at the first half of them today, with help from SportingOdds.com…
Stefan Booth - Now, far be it for us to suggest that Stefan Booth is
slightly anonymous, but we hear that his own mother has to carry around
a photo of him in case she forgets who he is. He doesn’t even have too
many ice dancing skills, as shown on Saturday’s Dancing On Ice. His
routine to I Feel Good couldn’t have been more forgettable, with the
judges telling him, "You still have sloppy
upper-body work but I was very impressed with your lift work," - the
Dancing On Ice equivalent of a teacher making up a pretend school
report because they can’t remember who the student is. SCORE - 18 -
Current Dancing On Ice betting odds - 33/1
Kelly Holmes - As
good as she is at making opportunistic fitness videos, Kelly Holmes is
showing herself up to be a lousy Dancing On Ice contestant. She
struggles through each of her routines, and then has the audacity to
complain when the judges tell her that she looks a bit like a man. This
week, after her routine to All That Jazz, the judges decided to try and
go a bit easier on Kelly, saying, "You have
to soften your hands - they’re a bit like moulded Barbie doll hands."
SCORE - 18.5 - Current Dancing On Ice betting odds - 22/1
Gaynor
Faye - Gaynor Faye started off Dancing On Ice as a wibbly-wobbly waste
of space, but has blossomed into - a slightly less wibbly-wobbly waste
of space. And that’s the kind of improvement that money can’t buy.
Gaynor’s routine to Baby Love had the Dancing On Ice judges telling
her, "It’s amazing to see how far you’ve
come. The flow over the ice that you’re getting is excellent." She’s
still stuck mid-table, odds-wise, though. SCORE - 20.5 - Current Dancing On Ice
betting odds - 20/1
Sean Wilson - It must be difficult being
Sean Wilson. All through Coronation Street he bumbled around, not ever
quite standing out. So when he broke free to free his creative soul on
Dancing On Ice, imagine what it must feel like to realise that even
when he’s dressed up like a nancy, he still bumbles around without ever
quite standing out. His routine to Always A Woman had the judges
telling him exactly that: "Your skating skills are good, but other people are matching them." SCORE - 18.5 - Current Dancing On Ice betting odds - 14/1
We’ll be back tomorrow with the betting odds of the rest of the
Dancing On Ice contestants, but in the meantime, head over to the
Specials section of SportingOdds.com to see the very latest betting
odds. And don’t forget to place a bet or two as well - SportingOdds and
hecklerspray will give you a free bet of up to £25 when you open an
account. Good luck!
