Folded:

• Charlie Brooker’s Screenwipe on BBC4 (this new series could be his funniest so far)

• PSP Slim and Lite (no connector wire for the TV as yet, but still a sexy gadget that could just about fit into the side pocket of your [carpenter] jeans)

• Blitzworld.co.uk Road-Legal Buggy (build your own open air transport. Still better than ever getting on a bus)

• Movie Connections on BBC1 (last week’s edition about Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels was the most interesting so far. It’s a good show, but add another quarter of an hour and it could be great)

• Gillian Anderson (was back in The X Files repeats on FTN until Virgin 1 took over and screwed everything up. Still totally fancy her though)

Creased:

• The Kingdom (neither one thing nor the other. Ends up being boring)

• Grown Ups: series 2 (a thousand times worse than the first series, which was already a thousand times worse than a clip show episode of Friends. Check out BBC Three for this inexcusable mess, as they insist on repeating it until the tape wears out. Sheridan Smith is the only reason for ever stopping by)

• GQ Men of the Year Awards (Johnny Borrell?! Fuck off)

• Rihanna: Shut Up and Drive (what a fine example this skinny little tramp is to all those impressionable young women out there: clean the car, fix the car, then lay on the bonnet, writhe, and watch some alpha males race around a scrap yard – all this while wearing nothing more than Barbie’s hotpants. That’s progress for you)

• Yet another postal strike (if you want a job for life, be a toilet cleaner)
