Brother house first tonight, and we can’t find any reason to disagree
with that. Being on the outside will do her good - the other night she
convinced herself that Celebrity Big Brother was an elaborate set-up
starring only her, Michael Barrymore and a bunch of hired stooges.
Remember that most Celebrity Big Brother voters are young girls, and
not too many young girls are likely to vote for pneumatically enhanced

Pete Burns - Now that George and Dennis have been cast out of
Celebrity Big Brother, Pete has found himself high and dry without any
friends. And he’s lost the support of the Celebrity Big Brother voters,
too - his popularity has plummeted over recent days. Still, at least we
won’t have to watch him eat anymore - at times it was like watching a woman

Maggot - For some reason, Maggot’s Celebrity Big Brother betting
odds have slipped a little since yesterday. We’re not sure why - apart
from a little weep in week two, Maggot has been the intelligent, mostly
amicable observer in the house. True, he didn’t do as many comedy raps
as we’d have liked him to do, but you can’t have everything, can you?

Michael Barrymore - After having an elongated breakdown - as was
anticipated by roughly everyone - Michael pulled himself together
enough to lucidly defend himself against George Galloway on Monday, and
this has turned his chances of winning Celebrity Big Brother around.
However, we don’t Michael to ever leave the Celebrity Big Brother
house. Remember how long he took actually getting in there in the first
place? Imagine how long he’ll take coming out. We’re not sure that we
can cope with another lengthy, teary-eyed faux-modest soaking-up of applause.

Preston - Preston was an early favourite to win Celebrity Big
Brother - he was the everyman figure in the house - but things have
turned around for him. Namely because he’s mostly only going to be
known as Celebrity Big Brother Love Rat Preston for the rest of his
life, and he’s starting to realise it - he’s been acting all shifty lately. But, as
second favourite to win, at least Preston will be staying in the house
until almost the end, prolonging the time until his girlfriend cuts his

Chantelle - You people are about to unwittingly create a monster. If
Chantelle wins Celebrity Big Brother - as she’s very likely to do - all
sorts of bad things will happen. There’ll be endless broadsheet wanking
about the strange nature of celebrity, and people like Mark Lawson will
whip themselves up into a  froth about what a superficial culture we
have. Even worse, though, that bloody Kandyfloss single will probably
