We used to enjoyed it when Celebrity Big Brother housemates escaped; especially when it was Jack Dee – who escaped, ran out onto the streets of London, realised he had no money and went back to the Celebrity Big Brother house again.

This year’s Celebrity Big Brother has suffered from housemate escapee overkill, and it to say it was hurting the show would be a huge understatement. Without the drunken belligerence of Donny Tourette, the eccentric genius of Ken Russell or the supremely deluded twattery of Leo Sayer to bask in, all that’s left in the Celebrity Big Brother house are a bunch of pikeys complaining about the way a millionaire cooks chicken. Yesterday on Celebrity Big Brother the housemates sort of played a rubbish version of Run The Risk. And that’s about it.
