Catherine Deneuve is one of the most classically beautiful women in the history of cinema. Now over 70, she is still smokin’ hot.
Deneuve is renowned for a wide variety of reasons-garnering multiple awards over a sixty-year acting career, appearing in a pair of nude pictorials for Playboy, selling a ton of perfume as a television spokes model, tirelessly working on behalf of some charities and being a passionate political activist.
However, Deneuve drew the ire of many women for a TV commercial hawking a cosmetics line in the early 1980’s, instructing viewers to, “Look closely. Next year I will be 40.” Boss. What confidence. And she does have the face to back it up.
Right, Cath. It certainly can’t be that you won the gene pool lottery or anything now, could it?
Our favorite Catherine Deneuve movie is Belle de Jour. She’s gorgeous in it:
Being French, Deneuve has naturally appeared naked in many of her films and done nude magazine photoshoots. Most French actresses are pretty open with nudity. Just ask the often naked Eva Green, Lea Seydoux, Sophie Marceau or Marion Cotillard.
We particularly like Deneuve in Le Sauvage: her breasts look rather exquisite in the lighting. And then there’s The Hunger, where she’s a vampire who gets to make out with a topless Susan Sarandon. Pics are all below.
