I can occasionally appreciate an asshole if they are at least funny and creative about it…this was just a big baby performance, f*ck Billy Bob, he wasn’t only panned by critics but also BOOd in Toronto…his suffering band looked like they were pretty sick of his BS as well…and CBC confirmed the producers were not asked to avoid any topics.

Billy Bob’s comments about Canadians being like mashed potatoes without the gravy are just the ranting of a small minded man with a big stick to wield because of his celebrity. Often we hear about famous people spouting off about politics, and social issues and just as often those people are grossly misinformed, high or drunk at the time and their words should be taken with a grain of salt. I’m not sure that a man whose very name conjures a picture of an inbred, red neck, ignoramus should be pointing fingers and questioning anybody’s intelligence

Funny how during this interview Billy Blob kept bringing up Tom Petty’s name. To me it’s an admission that Mr. Thorton is nothing more than a petty musician.

I use to think that Billy Bob Thornton was one of the coolest celebs out there. Now? I think he’s a self absorbed, non singing, cranky old menopausal freakazoid, who really needs to get over himself. Oh and one more thing; I don’t know what type of mind altering drugs BBT was on during this interview, because he made a serious egregious error by comparing himself to Tom Petty. ( o _ 0 ) His bandmates? Cool. BBT? Total freak show. Get lost old man!
