Peaeye_5Big Brother is playing games with the housemates’ brains. It will apparently tell two lies to them this week. And also, it’s told the housemates that eviction nominations will be both voluntary and conducted at the crack of dawn this week. Of course, this was a lie. Whoever doesn’t nominate will automatically face eviction.

As far as we can tell, everyone managed to rouse themselves into nominating, though we’re not certain. But who did they nominate? Just like every week, you’ll get much better eviction odds if you start betting before the nominations are revealed later today.

This time last week, if you put a bet on Maxwell being evicted, you’d have been given odds of 28/5. And after the nominations were announced, his odds dropped to 3/4. So, if you’re a risk-taker, you’ve got much more to gain by betting now.

So here are the latest special betting odds for each housemate’s eviction odds, from hecklerspray and Betfair.com

Anthony - Cheery simpleton Anthony has seen his nasty mates peeling
off over the last few weeks, and he’s become more of a hot favourite to
win because of it. The housemates are either desperately in love with
Anthony, or they’ll nominate Craig before him.
Least favourite for eviction this week. Current odds – 28/1

Makosi – Makosi remains a strong presence in the house, inspiring
all kinds of devotion from a large enough percentage of the house to
secure her against eviction. Notice that the two people least likely to be
evicted are the ones that had drunken unsafe sex in the swimming pool.
Next year’s housemates – take note. Current odds – 27/1

Kemal – Kemal played a blinder this week. First he won all the
housemates a video message from home – effectively stopping everyone
from nominating him – then if that wasn’t enough, he burst into tears
as soon as he saw his parents. Gratitude and pity – a winning
combination. Current odds – 24/1

Eugene – Eugene innocently walks around the house rubbing his fellow
housemates up the wrong way with his thousand year, spiralling anecdotes
about nothing. There’s a chance he’ll get enough nominations to put him
in line for eviction – whether he goes or not depends upon the calibre
of his opponents. Current odds – 12/1

Orlaith – Orlaith’s been the victim of behind-the-back gossip
lately, mainly from Vanessa. Derek doesn’t like her, either. The only
person that truly loves Orlaith is Orlaith. And, to be honest, she’s
mainly just interested in her tits. Current odds – 19/2

Derek - This time a few days ago, Derek was riding high in the
popularity stakes. Then Science blabbed to everyone about how Derek
felt about them all, and now his position is far less secure. Vanessa,
as usual, has been leading the anti-Derek gossip. Current odds – 25/3

Craig – Craig walks a funny line. As a stereotypical insecure wimp
he’s desperate for attention, but when he’s feeling even mildly
neglected he hates everyone and yells that he wants to leave. He’s so up and down
that the number of nominations he gets relates directly to his mood in
the run-up to nominations. Current odds – 31/4

Science – Surviving Friday’s eviction could have been the worst
thing to happen to Science. He remembers how popular Maxwell was, and
now sees himself as all-powerful because he beat him. By just 6%. He’s acted
especially badly since winning, and this is bound to attract
nominations.  Do the public love him enough to keep him in twice in a
row? Current odds -  19/5

Vanessa -  It’s contentious, but there may have never been a Big
Brother
housemate so disliked by the public but so lacking in
nominations. She’s greedy, she’s a gossip, and she’s pointless. Once the
housemates start focusing their nominations on her, it’s almost
guaranteed she’ll be nominated. She’s favourite for eviction this week
- but she’s favourite for eviction every week, she just never gets
nominated. Current odds – 16/11

So, if the odds are to be believed, it’ll be Science and Vanessa
that will face the public vote this week. Betting on the eviction
requires a certain amount of skill, because you have to get inside each
housemate’s head to some extent. But the rewards will be far greater if
you get it right before the nominations are announced later on tonight.
