On Friday night Seany was second to be evicted from the Big Brother house, and we're not scared to admit that we're going to miss seeing his swollen, shiny, slightly burns victimesque face spouting Irish nonsense on Big Brother every night.

Sadly for us, the great British public didn't appreciate seeing a Mick Hucknall lookalike putting bits of damp tissue paper into an idiot's shoes and Seany was evicted from the Big Brother house over Jonathan and Carole, which means plenty more angry tantrums about people putting shoes on sofas and plenty more creepy perverts being creepy perverts, but a whole lot less puffy-faced men hanging records around their necks. But now that's Seany's gone, who's going to win Big Brother? You'd better be placing Big Brother bets, you know, or else we're going to be terribly upset.

Here's the first helping of this week's Big Brother betting odds to win – for Charley, Jonathan, Carole and Laura – with help from Paddy Power…

Charley – Everyone knows what a preening, deluded, aggressively self-obsessed dickwad Charley is. Anyone who watches Big Brother for the first time takes one look at Charley and instinctively mutters "Who is that arsehole?" and the Big Brother eviction nights are now pretty much just an excuse for everyone to chant "get Charley out!" whenever Davina McCall opens her mouth. OK, maybe not everyone knows what a dickwad Charley is – the Big Brother housemates still haven't got it together enough to realise that the whole world actively dislikes Charley and nominate her for eviction yet, but you can bet that when that happens she'll be out straight away. It'd better come soon because thanks to you people, nobody's around to push Charley in the Big Brother swimming pool any more. Current Big Brother betting odds – 50/1

Jonathan – It's no surprise that Jonathan is such an unpopular Big Brother housemate. On paper alone it's hard to see how a middle-aged millionaire advertising executive can connect with the crowds of shrieking teenage schoolgirls who watch Big Brother, but it also probably doesn't help that Jonathan is the creepiest man alive. Seriously, every time we see Jonathan arch his pervert eyebrows at one of the female Big Brother housemates we want to scratch all the skin off our bodies with our fingernails. Then again, if it wasn't for that we're not sure that Jonathan would even exist. Current Big Brother betting odds – 33/1

Carole – We've decided that Carole is the anti-Charley. Where Charley is genuinely disliked outside of the Big Brother house but can't get nominated, Carole has a fairly healthy following outside of the Big Brother house but annoys the housemates so much that she'll be nominated every single week before she goes. And, for her flashes of fun, we can see why the Big Brother house dislikes Carole. She's a woman with the capacity to have a full-on sobbing tantrum just because someone moves her towels, after all. We'd quite like to see Carole get evicted from the Big Brother house, because then the house will become totally lawless. Well, lawless in the sense that they can move their towels around more. Which isn't really lawless at all, is it. Sorry. Current Big Brother betting odds – 25/1

Laura – The weirdest moment of Friday's Big Brother eviction for us was where Seany decided that he wanted Laura to win the show so badly that he actually started to cry. Laura, for God's sake – the girl who openly declared that she should have won the £100,000 last week because she hasn't even got a washing machine. Laura's level of petty bitterness is climbing all the time, to the point where she's even started haranguing Liam because she doesn't think tree surgery is a very good job. More than that, though, what does Laura actually do these days? Be sure to write in if you see Laura do anything even vaguely interesting on Big Brother, won't you, because we aren't convinced that she has it in her. Current Big Brother betting odds – 25/1
