It tortures us to say it, but perhaps Sezer was better off in the Big Brother house. Now he's out, Sezer has seemed meek and a bit more thoughtful about things, and his presence is definitely missed in the Big Brother house.

Because, Christ, nothing has happened on Big Brother in the last 24 hours. Pete's impromptu was enough to get the obviously bored housemates dancing and hollering as if they were witnessing the birth of Christ instead of a mentally ill man hitting a saucepan with a stick. Big Brother has decided to liven things up… with a glorified spitting contest. oh, the excitement.

So here's part two of this week's Big Brother betting odds to win, for Sam, Aisleyne, Richard and Mikey, with betting odds coming from PaddyPower…

Sam – First, some clarification. Sam is a he, not a she. This seems like the official line, so that's what we're going with. He or she, though, Sam is one the surprises in the Big Brother house. At first we thought that Sam would be nothing more than an ear on a stick for all kinds of entertainingly condescending "you do know you'll only get gay men, don't you" talk from Nikki, but Sam has almost stabbed Lea in her tit, and caused all kinds of trouble by just being such a try-hard creepo all the time. If she stays in the Big Brother house long enough, we're fairly sure that Sam's constantly tiresome busybodying will explode it into a million pieces. But Sam's behaviour is a Big Brother nomination magnet, so maybe she won't be on Big Brother for as long as we expected. Current Big Brother betting odds – 22/1

Aisleyne – When Aisleyne burst out of her Big Brother box last week, we thought she'd be all sorts of trouble. Aisleyne had the looks of a gormless Nuts covergirl and the brains of a cruel, unflinching killing machine. However, aside from getting Glyn – a boy who has never actually seen a female in his life, and Mikey – who's understandably bored to tears with Pob-faced Grace, very slightly excited, Aisleyne hasn't actually done a single thing in the Big Brother house. Still, Aisleyne seems to be a smart one; maybe she's playing the quiet game in order to win Big Brother. Or maybe she's just completely without merit… Current Big Brother betting odds – 20/1

Richard – Richard is turning into the Big Brother version of Elton John. That's not because he's as gay as a box of kittens and entirely bald, but because he seems obsessed with his role as Big Brother house elder, and revels in giving big, deep, serious heart-to-hearts with all of the other Big Brother housemates. He's taught Glyn all about the ways of a woman, taught Sam all about the ways of a woman with testicles and he's taught Imogen all about the ways of… oh, something or other, we stopped listening. Is Richard doing this to show the Big Brother housemates that they got him all wrong last week? Of course not; Richard wants to win Big Brother so much we want to cry tears of pity when we see hamfistedly trying to stop getting nominated all the time by everyone. Mikey - Mikey's Big Brother problems are heaping up. Firstly, we're certain that he's trying to lay low during the first few weeks of Big Brother to give him more of a fighting chance later on in the series, but usually housemates with this tactic end up as quickly forgotten middle-men, just like Tom from Big Brother one. Remember Tom from Big Brother one? Thought not. Secondly, by shacking up with Grace, Mikey has attached himself to an arsehole of the very highest order and ended up looking a bit emasculated. But all is not lost – so long as Aisleyne keep wiggling her arse at him, there's the opportunity for a Grace/Aisleyne/Mikey-centred bust up of galactic proportions. It's merely a waiting game, and we've got 11 weeks of waitin'. Current Big Brother betting odds – 16/1
