It didn't take long for the first Big Brother housemate to break a rule. Shabnam has been discussing nominations and, as a result, Big Brother has banned everyone from the bathroom until further notice – so until someone gets their boobs out, then.

And having no bathroom sparked off another giant Big Brother fight, with Emily and Chanelle screaming at each other about a hair straightener. If you haven't seen the fight yet, trust us – it was every bit as thrilling as a fight between a boggle-headed right-wing posho who thinks she's cleverer than she is and the world's least interesting dullard promised to be. Also, yesterday saw Ziggy make the first Big Brother nominations of the series. Which Big Brother housemates did he put up for eviction of Friday? We haven't got a titting clue, but we'll have the appropriate betting odds as soon as he does.

Laura – Without question, Laura will be in the Big Brother final. She ticks every Big Brother final box – she's normal, she's down-to-Earth, she's going to go through some sort of eye-opening journey during her time in the house and she's also from a British country that isn't England. She also calls her tits "wangers" or some such other endearing nonsense. Also, Laura was fortunate enough to have Charley call her the size of ten people during her rant about food last week, and her heartbroken response of "that's not very nice" will have gained her an army of fans. Of course, Laura is more likely to get to the Big Brother final if she ever does anything vaguely interesting, but one step at a time. Current Big Brother betting odds – 13/2

Carole – We've never had a nightmarish acid flashback, so watching Carole's Big Brother entry tape was probably the closest we'll ever come. After all, if the sight of an impossibly lairy fiftysomething woman leaping about like him out of The Prodigy can't send you deep into the realms of terrifying psychosis then what can? But we may have got Carole wrong – she actually seems quite lovely and normal deep down, and has been happily ferrying cups of tea around to the other Big Brother housemates for much of the time so far. However, Carole has a dark secret – she is affiliated with the Respect Party, as is George Galloway. Therefore it's a matter of time before she'll be garbing up in a leotard and asking other housemates "Would you like me to be the cat" in spine-chillingly creepy ways. Ziggy – Everyone wanted to know what kind of man would enter the all-female Big Brother house first, and now we know – a leather-faced topless man with girl's hair who used to be in a tenth-rate boyband and genuinely could only love himself more if he walked around licking his own nipples. Ziggy used to be in forgotten boyband Northern Line – something that makes him more famous than anyone who has ever been on Celebrity Big Brother in the past – and now he has to choose which Big Brother housemates face eviction this week. This means lots of girls sucking up to a man who isn't quite as pretty as he thinks he is – and, oddly, it also means that Ziggy is the favourite to win Big Brother. We haven't worked out why yet, but we're sure there's a reason. Current Big Brother betting odds – 6/1
