Big Brother Betting Odds: Nikki v Sam, Who’ll Win?
Last night on Big Brother, the Big Brother nominations were announced. And facing the chop this Friday are 'Man-beast' Sam and 'Special' Nikki. We'll bring you the Big Brother betting odds for the eviction tomorrow, but for now…
Good Lord, we're seriously thinking about breaking into the Big Brother house, sitting the Big Brother housemates down and very slowly explaining the rules of Big Brother to them.
Because at the moment, the biggest crime in the Big Brother house is apparently either 'back-stabbing' or 'shit-stirring'… which is sort of the point of Big Brother, isn't it? Having to hear Lea and Grace and Nikki and Imogen and Sam all rail at each other for saying to someone that someone heard someone say something about someone is making our brains bleed. And what's with all the Big Brother housemates defending themselves all the time by saying, "I can't change who I am"? Weird to think that Fred West didn't use that watertight excuse when the police found all those bodies under the patio.
Anyway, furious ranting over, here's the last installment of this week's Big Brother betting odds to win, for Nikki, Glyn and Pete, with betting odds coming from PaddyPower.com…
Nikki – We haven't changed our hardline position on Nikki – that's the one that says she would be the absolute worst girlfriend in the history of mankind, by the way – but we've somehow come to enjoy Nikki's furiously over-egged tantrums within Big Brother. Make her wear a cardy, or take away her bottled water, or let Sam say that she needs a shag, and Nikki strops into the Big Brother diary room to shriek "I WON'T DO IT!" four thousand times in a row before halfheartedly blaming her nightmarish moods on missing her friends for one second before starting to cry because none of the boys love her very much. Without fail. And we're actually starting to look forward to these mental outbursts. Needless to say, Nikki's chances of Big Brother survival depends on how Friday goes for her. Current Big Brother betting odds – 10/1
Anyone else – We've still got this Kit-Kat promotions malarkey to get out of the way, haven't we, and the thought of some hopelessly unvetted, painfully unsuitable pleb getting thrown into the Big Brother house fills us with a kind of demented glee. Unless the Kit-Kat winner is Sezer in for another round of acting like a cock, the new Big Brother housemate is bound to be endearingly underdog-ish. So they're much more likely to win Big Brother than any of the monstrous arseholes already in the house. Current Big Brother betting odds – 8/1
Glyn – Glyn's incredible Big Brother turnaround has taken a bit of a knock lately. For a moment or two last week, we were convinced that in Glyn we'd see a painfully inexperienced young boy embark upon a voyage of sexual discovery that started with getting a stiffy after Lea dangled her appalling knockers in his face, continued with going through a full-on body spasm when he realised that he made himself look like an overeager schoolboy in front of Aisleyne and ended with… a bit of a wrestle on the floor with Pete? What? No, that wasn't supposed to happen. Still, Glyn's still the second favourite to win Big Brother. Current Big Brother betting odds – 15/2
Pete – Pete's so obviously the favourite to win Big Brother that he's almost an untouchable. Pete could read passages from Mein Kampf while beating a puppy to death with a baby's spine and people would still be all "Ohh, but Pete's such a sweetie." What else do you want to know? It's not as if anything he's done will change your mind about him. Current Big Brother betting odds – 1/2
