So the Big Brother House Next Door wasn't completely useless, then. Apart from being a pathetically shoddily thought-out and far from soundproof annex to the Big Brother house, it's also a jail for the housemates.
For the rest of the week, the Big Brother Best Friends have been split down the middle – one of each pair will be a naughty convict and the other will be a prison guard. And the Big Brother housemates will… well, we're not entirely sure what the Big Brother housemates will be doing, but it can't be any worse than last week, can it?
Meanwhile, either Imogen and Susie, Spiral and Michael or Richard and Pete will be evicted from the Big Brother house on Friday. We'll come to that tomorrow, but now here's the Big Brother betting odds to win for Jennie, Glyn and Pete, with betting odds from PaddyPower.com…
Jennie – Jennie is slowly becoming a firm Big Brother favourite round these parts. Not because of anything she consciously does – if we want to see a woman screaming Jesus songs with wild abandon, there's a woman who sleeps in the doorway of Clinton Cards who does that more or less every day – but it's purely because she seems to have stumbled into the role of Spiral's tormentor-in-chief. By simply opening her mouth anywhere in the vicinity of Spiral, Jennie is sure to send him on an unstoppable rampage of wrath. Aside from that, we can take or leave Jennie, to be honest. Current Big Brother betting odds – 16/1
Glyn – After weeks and weeks of anxious trepidation, our dreams have finally been answered – we've got the old Glyn back! For a while there, we thought that Glyn had passed his expiry date in the Big Brother house, but all it took was a little bit of hunger and Glyn is back to his best – hopelessly cooking some porridge, over-exerting himself in a task in return for some delicious lamb juice and all but ejaculating because Big Brother knew one Welsh word. And then there's the singing… if you're still undecided about Glyn's Big Brother chances, give yourself five minutes and watch this genius video of Glyn rehearsing his song for Mikey. If he keeps on like this, Glyn might just be in the running to win Big Brother again. Current Big Brother betting odds – 4/1
Pete – From day one, Pete was always the favourite to win this series of Big Brother, what with his crazy hair and his natural exuberance and his hilarious neurological condition. But for the last month, what has Pete actually done? Lea crushed his self-confidence and Nikki's eviction has kicked any other trace of personality out of him too, leaving him forlornly pacing round the bathroom on this own. The way things are headed, Pete's going to be the dullest Big Brother winner since Cameron. Is that what you really want? Current Big Brother betting odds – 2/7
