Big Brother Betting Odds: Gurus Evict A Housemate - Jonty?

So that's where this week's Big Brother task was going; there will be a public vote for tomorrow's Big Brother eviction, but the gurus - Ziggy, Tracey and Sam and Amanda - will have to make the final decision themselves.

Now that Ziggy, Tracey and the Big Brother twins have all become gurus for displaying the most amount of improvement in either mind, body or soul-related tasks, and tomorrow they will be told the names of the two Big Brother housemates who received the most votes from the public, and will be charged with the responsibility of kicking one of them out. It's a smart move on Big Brother's part - decisions like this always cause drama and bad feeling in the Big Brother house. Unless they all decide to evict Kara-Louise, of course - nobody really gives that much of a shit about her.

So here's the first part of this week's Big Brother betting odds for tomorrow's eviction - for Liam, Brian and Jonty - with help from Paddy Power…

Liam - The thing about Liam is that he's handsome, funny and charming. And that's it. Now, teenage girls make up the bulk of the Big Brother voters - and we haven't been a teenage girl for many years and one painful operation - and perhaps Liam is who all the teenage girls are lusting over. For us, though, he's just a little bit too self-assured to be a properly interesting Big Brother housemate, and that sort of character trait is usually met with indifference. This week the Big Brother gurus are voting for the Big Brother housemate they want out, so Liam should be safe, but if it was the public voting for the housemate they want to keep, we suspect that Liam wouldn't be as safe as he probably thinks he is. Brian - We'd be astounded if Brian was voted off Big Brother tomorrow night - the man couldn't be more popular if he could cry lemonade. We think that Brian might be getting wind of this, too, which means that he'll soon start playing up to his Big Brother popularity and conversely lose his chance of winning, but that's something to worry about later. Remember that if Ziggy, Tracey and the twins vote Brian off Big Brother, they're ruining any chance of seeing him repeat his bewildering "First there was The Beatles, right, and now there's Mike Skinner out of The Streets who's like a poet and stuff" music lecture from earlier in the week. Jonty - Even though he's been in the main Big Brother house for as long as he's been in the Big Brother halfway house, Jonty is still very clearly a Big Brother halfway housemate and there's nothing he can do about it. Even though his farting/laughing act is the most contagiously joyful thing about the Big Brother housemate at the moment, Jonty joined proceedings far too late to be taken seriously as a potential winner and we think he'll probably leave the house before the final. But that'll only be because someone places him in direct eviction competition with an established Big Brother housemate in the next few weeks. This week the Big Brother eviction vote is going to be so evenly spread that someone as endearingly chummy as Jonty will probably slip through the net.
