Big Brother Betting Odds: Amy Out, Everyone Up, Carole To Win?

On Friday night Amy became the latest victim of a Big Brother eviction, something that might not have happened had she spent her two short weeks in the Big Brother house acting like anything but a bloody prostitute.

Usually at this point we'd pick apart Amy's Big Brother departure, but instead here's something far more interesting to tell you - this week every single Big Brother housemate is up for eviction. All of them. Every last one of them. Except the lucky three who manage to pass this week's Big Brother task - self-improvement tests on honesty, strength and intelligence. The Big Brother twins should be a shoo-in for that last one. Over the course of the week all they need to do is work out a word in the English language that isn't 'pink' and they'll have improved their intelligence by 100%.

But before we get into that, who's going to win Big Brother? Here's the first part of this week's Big Brother betting odds to win - for Kara-Louise, Ziggy and Carole - with help from Paddy Power…

Kara-Louise - Although it's wrong to make crass generalisations about Big Brother housemates, there are a few things that you just don't do if you want even a sliver of a chance of endearing yourself to the public. It's just a shame that nobody informed Kara-Louise, since she's spent her time in the Big Brother house either sitting around glumly or reacting to very minor developments with the sort of shrieking hysteria normally reserved for people watching videotapes of their children being attacked by bears. And, just to top things off, Kara-Louise has decided that she deserves to be a minor celebrity post-Big Brother because of how much she's had to suffer in there. Yeah? Well we've had to suffer watching Kara-Louise's pointless nothingness for a fortnight now, so we probably deserve to be crowned as the monarchs of a small European principality if those are the rules. Ziggy - Without a female in the Big Brother house for him to smugly gurn at and patronise a lot, Ziggy's become quite the loose cannon of late. Sometimes Ziggy sulks around the Big Brother garden complaining about how much he misses Chanelle, sometimes he'll squabble with Gerry about nothing and other times he'll try to be all laddy with Liam, without being terribly convincing at any of them. But if all that smug-faced rubbishry hadn't destroyed Ziggy's hopes of winning Big Brother, then the sight of him giving Tracey a full-face tongue assault by the pool this weekend should have done the trick. Maybe it's our fault, but the mental image of any Ziggy/Tracey offspring has ensured that we can't wait for Ziggy to leave the Big Brother house now. Carole - Of course Carole's Big Brother betting odds are slipping - even though she's in a house with Ziggy, Kara-Louise and Gerry, Carole still has the monopoly on controlling unpleasantness at the moment. Yes, we know that Carole does all of the cooking and cleaning in the Big Brother house - and that the other Big Brother housemates would probably start hob-licking if she was evicted - but lately Carole has turned into a bit of a monster, whether she's railing against the people who attempted to cook while she was in the diary room, or at Big Brother itself for its unimaginative selection of vegetarian cheeses. Perhaps this is just a phase, and soon we'll get to see the Carole that doesn't want to make us puke in a sandwich bag and throw it at her, but time's running out.
