From tomorrow night, X Factor is going live. We’ve entered the part of the competition where the acts sing on live television and the viewers get to phone up and vote people off the show.

And that means we can start betting on it, starting today with the betting odds for the show’s first elimination. But we’ll be honest – at this early stage in the competition, we’re not really too sure who is who. But we’ll do our best.

Philip McGee – 24 and Unders – The Irish Elvis. Current odds – 27/2

Brenda Edwards – Over 25s – Shrieking black woman. Current odds – 7/1

The Conway Sisters – Groups - The B*Witched tribute band. Current odds – 25/4

Chenai Zinuku – 24 and Unders – Cry-machine. Current odds – 6/1

Chico Slimari – Over 25s – Nutty Goat Boy. Current odds – 23/4

Addictiv Ladies – Groups – Addicted to being eliminated first, maybe? Current odds – 12/5
