i think that maybe he was someone from our time or the not so distant future who may have owund up getting screwed in a time travel experiment. Say for instance, the US government does something to try to test out time travel and whoever is testing it can’t get back. that might explain bullets bouncing off him, with a bullet proof vest. his high jumping could be a result of the time travel, as well as his hideous face. the glowing red eyes may be googles of some sort. they do say they are protruding and if someone from a century or so ago saw that, they might think they were just his eyes.
the fire is a different story. that could be over exagerated, but if not maybe it’s another government test coming in the near future. do you really think if we lost someone back in a different time in an experiment gone wrong that they would ever tell us?
