This week: UFOlogy/Aliens
Well it happened again. Upwards of 100 people simultaneously saw the same UFOs – this time hovering over Stratford-Upon-Avon, Shakespeare's hometown. All those witnesses should make it a pretty credible flare-free account right? Of course not – doubters will be doubters.
An interesting twist here, though, is that a whole bunch of the witnesses filmed the objects with their camera phones – probably making this the most thoroughly documented UFO case since the Phoenix lights. Its history in the making.
Shakespeare's hometown is being talked about – but this time the topic isn't a long-dead bard that writes about children falling in love and committing suicide. No, this time the topic is UFOs. People were packed in the local pubs when a crowd started to gather outside. One witness described it:
"We walked outside and there was at that time a growing crowd of about 60 people looking up at something in the sky. I saw this light appear, then three others. They came over our heads in formation but then manoeuvred into different positions. Three had formed a triangular shape and one was to the right. Then another one came hurtling towards the rest at what looked like a very fast speed. But as it neared them it suddenly slowed and stopped altogether…
"The objects were there for about half an hour. It was very eerie because they didn't make any sound and they stayed still before moving slowly beyond the horizon. There were no stars in the sky, just them. It was the most extraordinary thing I've ever seen and the way in which everyone gathered in the street to watch them reminded me of a scene from Independence Day."
Lots of people filmed it too. In today's accompanying video, at least two other people can be seen with their camera phones aimed at the sky. Our particular video is pretty good, because at one point the cameraman really zooms in. You never see anything but the emitting light, but its still an impressive sight.
See for yourself.

Maybe Shakespeare was an alien who’s come back to have a look at his old stomping ground?

Shakespeare? perhaps.
What I especially like are the two women (front & right). The biggest, most recorded and possibly most important ET event in history…
