If you're anything like us, you probably lie awake at night wondering why Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie let their four-year-old daughter Shiloh ruin her girly cherub-like looks by dressing like a dude.
First came the 1970s style bowl cut, then the trainers, the trousers and the ties but it's the Pete Doherty-style twat hats that sent everyone over the edge. What kind of devil house are Brangelina running?! Why don't they tart up their daughter like a mini hooker in red lipstick and heels like Suri Cruise?
That's how you raise a well-balanced child in Hollywood, not by letting them be who they want to be. That's just mental.
What's that? You don't care how Shiloh dresses because she's already richer and therefore better than you\’ll ever be? Yeah, we don't care either but Jolie still feels the need to tell the three people who do that she's a better parent for letting Shiloh be little boy she's always dreamed of.
She told Grazia (via: The Huffington Post):
“It’s not my choice. I have a very strong-willed four-year-old girl, who tells me what she wants to wear and I let her be who she is. I think people think kids should be a certain way, but I feel they should wear what they feel like wearing and they should express themselves. Shiloh cried one night and said, ‘Please cut my hair off. I don’t want to have long hair.’ I’m not going to leave it long because somebody thinks I should.”
No, no, no, Jolie?s got this all wrong. Every woman should grow up with an underlying hatred of their mother for forcing them, kicking and screaming into some hideous tulle-covered tat that even the daintiest, flaming queen would baulk at.
Then again Laurence Fishburne let his daughter be who she wanted to be and look how great she turned out. Wait?

Yeah everyone knows that when a four year old wants something bad enough to cry about it you should always give her what she wants. Yeah, you teaching her to be who she is alright. Sounds lovely on paper but not in practice. Good luck with that when the issues get bigger and she gets older. Geesh.

oh my…. i would just like to say i am a girl that doesn’t exactly dress like one too. it makes me happy that she’s not forcing her daughter to dress like a ‘girl’ just because thats what everyone expects. its just clothes. seriously. if thats what her daughter feels comfortable in then thats awesome. i don’t understand why people care about things like this so much. its just clothes people!!!!!!!

I think the issue here really is that what does a 4 year old know about what they want? This is ridiculous that kids are not able to be tried for the violent crimes they commit these days, but in instances like this and when it comes to being “gay” children know everything.

I’m a girl and I’m almost 15, and when I was little my parents made me dress girly until I was about 5 because that’s the age I was when my parents started realizing I HATE girly stuff and relized I’m more boyish than a girl, even my dad who’s 53 almost 54 went as far as to asking me if I would rather be a boy than a girl, my answer was yes and no because yes I would like to be a boy coz I act like one but no at the same times because there’s a couple things about being a girl I like and I was born as a girl, so since I’m a girl but boyish and any other girl thats boyish Shiloh Jolie Pitt has just the same right as us other girls to be boyish at her age and when she’s older.
Lets be truthful says
Angeline has been dressing her daughter like a boy since she was born. So how can she say it is because she wants to dress like that she encoraged it all along. And jolie I don”t think is the most stable person! She might have moey but that means nothing.
