It is akon’s fault, he had no right to do that, she is only a young girl and he took advantage of her, granted, she shouldn’t have been there in the 1st place, however this behaviour would not have been acceptable even if she was over 18, no one with any dignity behaves that way in public, he is an adult and should know better.
