50 Cent Annoyed At People Shooting Him

50 Cent Fiddy Shoot The Rapper TraffixMumbling rapper 50 Cent is apparently a little bit peeved about getting shot at.

Not the nine bullet wounds he so tiresomely waffles on about – in fact, he seems quite content to mention that at every available opportunity, and will continue to do so on his upcoming run of albums I Was Shot Nine Times, Nine Shots Hit Me, Nine Separate Bullets Failed To Kill Me and Nine Shot Gun Bullet Nine Bangy-Bang Nine (9).

He's actually more upset about his likeness being used by an Internet advertising company. Traffix Inc rather naughtily pilfered Fiddy's image and plonked it in an online game called Shoot The Rapper. Rather disappointingly, the net result doesn't involve 50 Cent actually being shot – instead, the user is ushered on over to Traffix Inc's client website.

Just as well, really … one more gunshot wound and we'd never hear the end of it.

So what exactly is the fired-up Fiddy gonna do about all of this? Storm into Traffix's offices with an assortment of gun-totin' homeboys, directing them to mow down company directors while he babbles on about sweets or something? Nope – he's actually taking a far more sedate route.

50 Cent – actual moniker the less-imposing-sounding Curtis Jackson – filed a lawsuit in a New York court on Friday, and is seeking something in the region of $1,000,000 for the insult. The chances of Traffix simply saying 'sorry' and buying him a pint down the Bling And Misogynist are looking slimmer by the minute.

Fiddy's lawyer admits that the company didn't actually use his client's name, but rants that:

"It looks like him, and there's no doubt the character is intended to be him… he is personally offended."

So it's possible to sue people for looking a bit similar now? Christ – let's just hope Sharon Osbourne never catches a screening of Gremlins.

Wow, That is completly stupid. Not the law suit, but the people who have clearly consciously made an attempt at not only destroying the kings english but also that the only two people before me to comment on this article had nothing to say that have anything to do with said arguement. You presumably ladies, clearly have nothing better to do with your time than to destroy the language that you were taught in school. Is it just me or are people under 20 incapable of annunciation and for that matter using vowels? You people need to go back to school and instead of paying attention to the rhymes of street thugs, perhaps pay more attention to the rhymes of men and women who have something productive to say, i.e. Shakespeare, Dickenson, or Byron. I imagine that your parents are really very proud of your inability to communicate with a normal human being.
