It’s rare for an actress to have a completely positive public image overhaul by taking her top off and getting called a man, but that’s exactly what’s happened to Jennifer Aniston.
GQ Magazine took Aniston – who was previously a source of fun for her self-pitying behaviour in the aftermath of her break-up with Brad Pitt – made her go naked for it’s cover and said she was The Man Of The Year. The result? Everyone likes her again. It’s a shame that her possible boyfriend Vince Vaughn, in an interview with GQ, stammered and stuttered a stream of incomprehensible half-sentences as soon as anyone brought up the subject of sex.
Vince Vaughn (DVDs) has built up a reputation as the hard-partying,
smooth-talking wildcard Hollywood actor of choice over the last few
years, the guy with a mouth fast enough to get him out of any
situation. However, in real life it appears that he’s a babbling mess,
especially if anyone dares to suggest that he may have had sex with
Jennifer Aniston.
In an interview with GQ Magazine – where Vaughn is named as a
runner-up in the Man Of The Year competition (nice one Vince, beaten by
your girlfriend) – a journalist told him:
"It would be great if you just tell me what sex was like with Jennifer Aniston."
To which Vince, as smooth as ever, replied:
"Well, yeah, exactly. But see, in my position, you’re just like,
whatever. There’s nothing that can come out of talking about that
stuff."
Maybe
sensing that he didn’t quite clear up the whole ‘Jennifer Aniston sex’
business, Vaughn then launched himself head-first into another spiel:
"I’m not dating seriously. I hate dates and I don’t even like the concept. I try not to take it too seriously."
So now we know.
